1.  Lucan Skating Club and Skate Canada

2.  Please note that all transactions on this website will be completed in Canadian Currency.

3.  Club Support can be reached at www.lucanskatingclub.com, lucanskatingclub@gmail.com, or Box 333 Lucan, Ontario, Canada N0M 2J0

4.  All programs are eligible for a full refund up to the program start date.  Please contact us to withdraw.  

5.  Withdrawals and refunds after the program start date will be granted up until 30 days post program start only and will be pro-rated. The Skate Canada fee cannot be refunded. Please contact us regarding refunds after the program start date.  

6.  We do NOT export any goods or services.

7.  All programs will take place at Lucan Community and Memorial Centre as indicated in program registration.

8.  Any products purchased on this site will be available for pick up at Lucan Community Centre within 48 hours of purchase.

9.  Additional to our General Terms and Conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each program during the registration process.

10.  Privacy Policy is stated and must be accepted at time of registration
