Arriving at the Facility

* Face masks are mandatory upon entering the arena, while putting skates on, taking off skates, and exiting the arena. Skaters may remove masks upon entry onto the ice. If you forget your mask, one will be provided to you at the entrance. We strongly recommend that all skaters wear their mask for the duration of their session/while on the ice!

* All individuals should wash/sanitize hands upon entry to facility. Hand sanitizer is available at various points inside the facility, we also recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer and using it frequently

* All individuals must self-screen in accordance with current public health guidelines before participating in any Club session or activity (see Skate Ontario Health Screening Questionnaire). Only attend sessions if:

- you are feeling well

- have not travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days without a Government of Canada Travel Exemption

- not come into contact in the past 14 days with a known/suspected active case of COVID-19 without the consistent and appropriate use of personal protective equipment

* Health screening (may include temperature checks) and participation/contact tracking will be conducted at each session before entry into the arena, this will be recorded and stored by the Club to enable contact tracing if required.

* The arena has made a QR code available for health screening and contact tracing purposes, please scan this when entering the arena, or do this ahead of time and show proof to our volunteers https://forms.middlesex.ca/Forms/lb-covid19

* Controlled entry measures are in place, you must arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled session. Please enter using the doors by the main hall on the SOUTHEAST side of the arena. Maintain a physical distance from any other person as you line up to enter the facility (unless they are from the same household or social circle)

* There is limited space and time available in the dressing rooms, skaters are encouraged to arrive as dressed/prepared for their session as possible and not keep personal items like skating bags inside the arena. Please sit at a designated spot in the dressing room. Remember to physical distance and respect those around you

* If dressing rooms are full, there are chairs available outside the dressing rooms to put skates and helmets on

* Once ready, skaters should make their way to the nearest ice surface gate to enter the ice. At that time, the adult can proceed to the stands or lobby. Please remain close by in case your skater needs you for any reason

* NOTE: if the adult chooses to leave the facility while their skater is on the ice, you must notify the screening volunteer of your plan to leave and ensure that we have the most direct contact information for you in case of emergency (IE cell phone number). Please make sure your skater will be fine with this before you choose to leave!
